From joining a start-up with just a few hundred people as the sole Tech Recruiter in Europe, through years of hyper-growth, directly responsible for over 400 hires, to a successful IPO and ultimately to leading the global technical recruitment team, it was an incredible journey. Building a culture people were proud of was as important as the calibre of talent, and the candidate experience was at the heart of everything.
